Polynucleotides continue to stimulate the treatment area for up to 12 weeks following treatment, resulting in a gradual onset of effects. Polynucleotides are not a filler. Polynucleotides differ from fillers in that they don’t contain hyaluronic acid. Instead, they consist of biopolymers, which are stretchy molecules derived from fragments of fish DNA.
