We were delighted to welcome the national beauty press to our London clinic to exclusively launch the ‘Ultherapy Brow Lift Campaign’ to the UK’s national beauty press. Amongst those attending were Alice Hart-Davis, author of ‘The Tweakments Guide’, Claire Colman, Editor and Journalist for The Daily Mail and Freelance Beauty Journalist, Lucia Ferrari.
The evening finished with a surprise presentation from MR Stuart Rose Managing Director of Merz UK (the UK and Ireland distributors of Ultherapy) presenting Dr Tracy Mountford and her team the award for being ‘The UK’s No.1 Ultherapy Clinic 2019’ for the 6th consecutive year! It all ended with a round of questions from the press.
Mr Stuart Rose, Managing Director of Merz UK opened up the proceedings by introducing and presenting on how the Ultherapy microfocused ultrasound visualisation (MFU-V) technology works and how it stimulates natural collagen production gradually to help reverse the signs of ageing. With this MFU-V technology we can plan treatment very carefully by scanning the area being treated accurately, for successful treatment outcomes on the face, neck and décolletage. Ultherapy is the only FDA-cleared procedure to lift the upper and lower face, under the chin, neck and on the eyebrow as well as improve the appearance of lines and wrinkles on the décolletage.
It was also highlighted for those with barriers to injectables. Ultherapy is a bespoke treatment approach to the face for both male and female patients, that want a preventive or regenerative treatment that will stimulate or bank collagen production naturally, but gradually over time.
Ultherapy is also a celebrity favourite – favoured by Jennifer Aniston and more recently, well-known broadcaster Kirsty Gallacher. As a working mum and constantly in the media spotlight she just wanted an extra little freshness to her face. As quoted by Kirsty on the Ultherapy UK website she says: “I’m so impressed that there is already a visible difference to my jawline, just one month after treatment. I also love that the results are completely natural and I still look like myself, just a more refreshed version! I can’t wait to see how they continue to improve over the year.”
The Ultherapy Brow Lift Campaign was exclusively launched by Dr Tracy Mountford who explained why in the UK Ultherapy has become so popular, across all ages, and in particular the 30-45 age category who seem more informed AND understand skin-health and the ageing process. They mainly want a non-invasive, cost-effective solution, offering durable long-lasting results, that also banks collagen for the future, which is why Ultherapy is so appealing. Dr Mountford went on to say, “with ‘tweakments’ such as the Ultherapy Brow Lift, small changes make a big difference – culminating in subtle looks as though they are held in ‘aesthetic suspended animation’ “.
Last but not least, we were delighted to have two patients attend and talk about their Ultherapy experiences. Hollyoaks actress Ciara Janson who spoke about her personal experience with Ultherapy, knew about investing in her collagen but was scared of needles. Also being an actress, she didn’t want to change her appearance dramatically, so Ultherapy was the perfect treatment option for her. It’s now four months since her treatment and is already seeing a glow and freshness to her skin.
Make-up artist Tina Young also attended who had recently returned for a second Ultherapy treatment as she wanted to retain her treatment results from the previous treatment 18months ago. (Optimum results with Ultherapy are seen at 3-6 months after treatment – but go on working up to 12 – 18 months depending on the individual patient age and lifestyle factors).
