The Cosmetic Skin Clinic’s 2019 Roundup
January
In January Dr Mountford was invited to IMCAS World Congress in Paris where she was invited to speak for Teoxane on ‘Patient Assessment’ alongside Dr Patrick Trevedic. This was to an international peer group.
February came the launch of the Tatler Beauty & Cosmetic Surgery Guide 2019 where we were invited to a delicious breakfast meeting. We are delighted to say Dr Mountford was profiled in ‘Top Doctor’ ‘Best For Fillers’ for the 6th consecutive year.
March
On the 5th March we attended Alice Hart-Davis’ book launch; ‘The Tweakments Guide: The Fresher Face’ as serialized in the Daily Mail. We were honoured and delighted to be featured in this guide for so many non-surgical treatments so a huge thank you to Alice for such a great research tool for those that want to find out more. This was hotly followed by the first of its kind Tatler Event, to launch their 2019 guide to their loyal subscribers and to feature Juvederm ‘Beauty Decoded’ and demonstrate CoolSculpting which has now been validated as ‘The World’s No.1 Body Contouring Treatment’.
As if that wasn’t enough for March, Dr Tracy Mountford and her CoolSculpting team were invited to present at the Glamour Festival in London. Tracy was a keynote speaker and was also interviewed by the fabulous Rylan Clark-Neal.
April
April took us to Monaco where Dr Mountford was invited to speak on behalf of Allergan at the AMWC conference to an international audience from around the world about CoolSculpting. After many more meetings and symposiums, we finished this whistle stop tour with a UK press event where The Cosmetic Skin Clinic was given a crystal award for being the No.1 CoolSculpting clinic in the UK. Dr Mountford was also announced as a member of the ‘International Faculty for CoolSculpting’.
June – Kensington Palace
A charity we wholeheartedly support is CBUK (Child Bereavement UK) of which Prince William is a patron, following in his mother’s footsteps. We were delighted to attend this event to support this charity in order to help so many. We were serenaded with a personal set from Gary Barlow, LuLu, Craig David and Rick Astley!
September was the birth of The Beauty Triangle formed by Tatlers’ Health and Beauty Editor-At-Large Francesca White. A number of our doctors were invited as founder members, providing up to the minute knowledge about all aspects of female well-being, from hormones to mental health to cosmetic procedures.
Also in September we held a national press conference to launch ‘The Ultherapy Brow Lift’ campaign exclusively to the UK’s press. Closing this event Tracy and them team were awarded ‘No.1 Clinic in the UK for Ultherapy‘ for the 6th consecutive year. The team were all on hand to receive this award for this unrivalled achievement.
October was a fundraiser undertaken by our very own Business Development Manager (Jean Beard) who took on ‘The Chamonix Challenge’ for Child Bereavement UK. Three mountains in three countries (Italy, Switzerland and France) in three days! She was joined by an all-female group of 19 ladies from many parts of the UK who raised a whopping £180,000 for this incredible charity.
November was the launch of Alice Hart-Davis’ first ever ‘Tweakments Clinic’ in collaboration with The Cosmetic Skin Clinic and The Private Clinic. The whole team attended from our cosmetic doctors, nurses and medical aestheticians.
We hope you have enjoyed our round up on 2019 and all that remains to be said is a very happy, healthy and prosperous New Year to you all.
Dr Tracy Mountford and the team.
